Cancellation Policy

Welcome. I am so glad you are here! Please take a minute to read these terms and conditions and to complete the disclaimer. (All disclaimers have to be returned to me before our session begins.) Bookings: You may book your reading appointment up to two weeks in advance. Class bookings are available as noted on the website. Payment: I try to keep this simple. After you book your reading time slot or reserve your class space, you'll be guided to the payment page with several options. If you need to pay by cash or check, or another service not listed (e.g., Zelle, Venmo or Cash App), please reach out to Rose Claire at 727-201-3423 or roseclaire170@gmail.com. I do accept all of those payment options. Urgent appointments or those that need to book beyond two weeks, please call 727-201-3423 or email roseclaire170@gmail.com. (Please note that an additional fee may apply for emergency bookings.) Group Readings, Galleries or Events: Please contact Rose Claire directly at 727-201-3423 or roseclaire170@gmail.com for availability and cost. Cancellation, Rescheduling or No-show Policy: Kindly note that your time and my time are valuable. So, readings and classes are paid for at the time of booking. Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours in advance. No-shows and cancellations less than 48 hours before appointment time will be subject to a 50% forfeiture fee. Remember: payment guarantees your appointment time. Unpaid bookings are subject to cancellation at 48 hours before appointment time. In-person appointments: If this is an in-person appointment, please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before you scheduled time in the event that there is a reading before you. Kindly wait in your car, and I will text or call you when you may come in. If you're running late for any reason, please text, call or leave a message. I will try to accommodate you, but we may have to reschedule. For classes: If you want to join a class after the start date, that is possible, and you won't miss anything because classes are recorded or include a PowerPoint.
