Mars in Scorpio Transit and Your Sign

What happens when the planet of action, passion and leadership curls up in the sign of secrecy, intuition and investigation? It’s like driving a Corvette into a crystalline cave and turning on the lights to explore what’s there. And, don’t be surprised if that Corvette decides to go further and further into the cave on a quest to satisfy its growing curiosity.

From September 22 until November 4, Scorpio will draw the curtains over Aries, encouraging us all to be a little more secretive and guarded as inspiring ideas fill our hearts and minds. Intuition ramps up, and again, its messages are also kept under wraps until the time feels right to share. And everything before us is an invitation to go deeper.

Deeper into thought. Deeper into our work. Deeper into our relationships. Deeper into Spirit. All are worth delving into with openness and fascination.

Here’s what your sign can expect.

Aries: Right on the heels of the last eclipse, your journey of transforming yourself goes deeper. Observe your intimate relationships and what you choose to disclose or hold close to the vest, and try to avoid conflict. Others may think your passion is oddly subdued, but you know the truth: You’re seeing the world through a different lens.

Taurus: While business partnerships may open up, it’s a good idea to take your time evaluating them. You have a true knack for knowing value, Taurus, and this is definitely the time to look closely at the fine print and to trust your Jedi senses about the people approaching you with work opportunities.

Gemini: You have been wondering about your health and have considered exercising or working out more. Now is the time to explore those options and to tune into your intuition for what exercises are best for you. You may be the social butterfly of the zodiac, but sometimes what’s good for you isn’t the same as what’s good for your friends.

Cancer: Your feelings are ebbing and flowing like the tide, but this may not be the time to let them out. Meditate, do EFT and deal with them privately for now. Better yet, act on those creative inspirations. Draw, paint, recite poetry—whatever fills that creative void and helps you manage your emotions. Remember, unleashing them without restraint could ruin a romantic interlude.

Leo: Now’s a great time to learn more about yourself, but not in the traditional leonine fashion. Instead, it’s time to learn who you are through your ancestry. What traits do you carry that your forefathers (and mothers) carried, and what can you apply to your life as you learn more about them, and in turn, yourself? The more you study them, a deeper understanding of yourself is revealed.

Virgo: You’re a natural communicator, and this Mars-Scorpio transit accentuates your skills even more. Tap that intuition and let yourself write what’s truly inside. It may be a journal entry, an essay or the start of the Great American novel. Steer clear of the perfectionism, and just write. It’s not the time to share it, yet, but it is the ideal time to pen it.

Libra: Before spending for the holiday season, take the pulse on your finances. It’s time to prioritize needs over wants before you throw your next party. Look closely at both your finances and how you feel about them. Uncovering those feelings will give you greater insight into managing your money through the end of the year.

Scorpio: You may hide your true identity from others, but you know who you are down to the atom of every bone. In fact, you also have an uncanny ability to know what’s going on with others long before they do. This is your time to care for your mind, body and spirit the way you want to--personally and privately. It’s right up your alley, Scorpio!

Sagittarius: It’s retreat time, Sag, a time to pull back and dive into your spiritual side. Your penchant for wanting to learn more will push you to investigate ways to reveal purpose and meaning in life. But you actually have to take the time to do it and stay focused. Practicing grounding meditations or rituals will help.

Capricorn: You’re ready to move in the next direction, but it’s not the time to go public with it nor is it one hundred percent clear to you. Instead, spend time meditating to clarify the path forward and focus in depth on your short- and long-term goals that support that path. Then, the change you want to make will resonate with your sure-footed sensibilities.

Aquarius: You want people to see you as more than a super smart person who cares about others, but also don’t want to lose that lens altogether. It’s time to center yourself and really look at the work you’re doing. Does it truly align with you on all levels such as fulfillment, finances, benefits, people and culture? If not, now is the time to dig deep and explore what really moves you and where you really fit. You're not afraid to do things differently, Aquarius, so go with it.

Pisces: You’re in a good space for learning new things, so it’s time to act on those dreams that have been swirling between your heart and head. Take the class. Sign up for the training.
